SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalency required. Associates degree with concentration in hospitality or business preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of related customer service work experience. Must possess strong administrative background. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal, office management and communications skills. Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and telephone skills.
Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
