And then there’s this….What the hell is wrong with Black Women?
A woman who used the new Facebook Live feature minutes after she, her mother and another woman were shot while sitting in a car in Opa-locka told CBS4 she’s doing fine.
On the rambling video, Danesha Gantt, 18, asks God for forgiveness and says she knows who shot her but stops short of identifying them.
The three women were outside a Burger King Tuesday morning when their car was sprayed with bullets. Surveillance video from the parking lot shows a white car pull up to them, stop for few seconds and then speed off.
After the shooting, Danesha took to Facebook to tell what had happened. Even as she was being wheeled on a gurney to a waiting helicopter, which would airlift her to Jackson Memorial Hospital, Danesha was on her phone posting comments about the experience.
BLESSED all I can say is blessed 4wounds and I’m blessed!!!!!!!! Love you ma
“That’s basically their life. That’s the generation we are in now,” said Pastor Eric Readon. “I’m at a loss for words for this sort of thing.”
Donesha’s family said her mother underwent surgery and is recovering; both she and Donesha are in the same room. The third woman was discharged from the hospital Tuesday night.
