Employment Standards

1. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, public administration, organizational studies, behavioral sciences, or related field, and one year of experience as a generalist in a human resources agency; or,
2. Possession of an associate’s degree or equivalent preferably in business, public administration, organizational studies, behavioral sciences, or related field and two years of progressive experience as a generalist in a human resources agency; or,
3. Six years of a combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to one of the employment standards listed above.

Additional Qualifications: Possession of a valid California Class C Driver’s License, at the time of appointment.
