Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field.Certification in Nurturing Parent or other Evidence Based Practice curricula related to the target population of children and families served by Amigos For Kids.Minimum 4 year of related experience working with children and families in a social service setting. Experience in working with diverse populations, with cultural and linguistic competency. High level of proficiency in oral communication.High level of proficiency in written communication. Ability to produce documents, reports using expertise in multiple computer programs.Ability to engage and motivate at-risk participants and potential participant populations through effective communication.Ability to effectively communicate and form linkages with agencies and community based organizations.Written communication skills necessary to maintain participant files and records.Ability to communicate effective messages of at-risk behavior reduction through groups and individual educational sessions. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills. Knowledge of and experience in multicultural settings. Computer literacy. Valid Florida Driver’s License Reliable transportation to conduct visits
